Irregular shaped tree 50 feet tall and 30 feet wide in good condition. One trunk near ground level with platy, brown-gray bark. DBH~ 31 cm. Trunk is covered with lichen. Previous year's growth is gray. Young leaves.
Tree tagged as syn. Quercus falcata var. pagoda. (Second collection for mature leaves IL-MOR-MH2B, 7/31/2012)
