This appears to be at least two trees that have grown completely together. I had nothing to measure the diameter, but I will go back out and measure. My husband (pictured) is 6'3"". The canopy of the tree(s) touches the ground (also pictured). It is like a secret spot under the canopy with two good openings where cattle have obviously been in and out. To the left of the first photograph, there is another tree just slightly smaller in diameter and evidence of several others that were cut down on the property. I cannot imagine how old they must be.
